The house of the tavern was decorated with Bulgarian folk objects. There was a rug with a string of dried red peppers on the wall behind DJ's head, and the benches were covered with colorful rugs. Posted by Picasa

We eat a lot of chili peppers in Bulgaria, we grow them in our yards and sometimes we grow them in flower-pots in our houses. They look beutiful and taste delicious.

There are vegetarians in Bulgaria and they do survive.

We have brew pubs and in several cities throuhout Bulgaria they make different brands of beer. I like Zagorka best. There is Ariana, Shumensko Pivo, Astika, Kamenitza, Pleven, Ledenika and all taste good when cooled.

Bulgarian folk music is influenced by Arabic music and this new mixture is called chalga. I myself cannot stand chalga.
